1950s Cream Traditional Floral Fabric

This lovely vintage fabric is similar to cretonne but it's more loosely woven. It does have finer weft threads than the warp and it is curtain weight, the selvedge tells me it's PRE SHRUNK. The colour is a rich custard cream shade and the very pretty floral colours include, taupe, french blue, pale aqua, rose and dark green. This gorgeous fabric is super for fun projects including bags, dress panels, pockets as well as curtains and cushions. It's from the early 1950s and it's for sale by the single main motif measuring 50x61cm.
