1950s Pink Blurry Floral Cretonne

This great vintage cotton cretonne (curtain material) is lighter than true barkcloth but is often refered to as the mother of barkcloth. It's a light curtain weight that would also be great for skirts and it has a fine texture created by the use of thick and thin threads in the weave. The fabric has a semi crisp hand that will soften up with washing. The blurry abstract floral is printed on a white base in gray, ornage, magenta, olive green and pink.
