1950s Purple Magenta Amoeba Cotton

This amazing vintage fabric has a loose herringbone weave and the appearance of wool. It is however, cotton. The fabric is soft and floppy with weight like viyella. The background colour is off white verging on pale silvery gray and the amoeba print is in deep magenta pink/purple with black. This fabric is very unusual, super for a short winter skirt or cardigan-like jacket. It's for sale by the half yard/metre.
