1950s Red Mead & Montague curtain fabric
This lovely curtain fabric is from the 1950s or earlier. The ornate design is in bright and dark red with black and on a cream background. There is a label attached to the bolt and it reads like this: 'Lot number :Hickory Cloth Style: Wynford This fabric is guaranteed to be vat coloured. Made by Mead and Montague New York 16, New York.' The fabric is smooth and very sturdy cotton, use it for clothing or curtains.
