1950s Red Punk Tartan Fabric

This amazing tartan fabric is a velvet cotton cord, it's probably from the 1950s or earlier. The wale is soft and velvety with quite a deep pile. Brilliant colours of deep scarlet, forest green, navy blue and dark skin tone. This great fabric would be pefect for a skirt, it's medium dress weight.
