Pretty Spot Cotton Seersucker 1980s Fabric

This adorable cotton fabric looks older than it is. This fabric is from about the 1980s and it's white with the prettiest collection of tiny dots in bright colours: red, aqua, yellow, mint green and dark blue. Great for crafts and it's for sale by the half yard/metre.
